Welcome to the Tactical Tennis Academy

The Tactical Tennis Academy is a branch of the Sean Tennis Group focused on conditioning and endurance.

It is specifically tailored to tennis players to improve their shots and footwork instead of general conditioning.


Our methods


Cardio is added to group lessons as a warm-up and cool-down component.

Group running exercises and more increase performance and alertness on the court.


Multiple stretches and other activities are organized to increase mobillity and optimize movement in every shot.


Endurance sessions train your body to be optimized for ground strokes, serves, and approach shots. Take your game to the next level with Tactical Tennis.
